Meet our May Trendsetter

Each month, we're spotlighting one of our CANVAS Style friends to let you meet & learn a bit more about some of the faces that pop up on our Instagram. They're answering our go-to ice-breakers and sharing some of their favorite CANVAS Style pieces.

This month, we talked with Natasha Ghai of @natashaloveslilly. We love her bright aesthetic full of Lilly Pulitzer-inspired prints & colors, and her hand-painted pieces. Be sure to give her a follow!

1. What is your go-to hostess gift to bring to a party?
My hand painted champagne bottle & Canvas Style jewelry!

2. What’s your favorite cocktail?
Extra Dirty martini & Naked and Famous.

3. What’s your favorite place to travel? Where do you want to go next?
Hawaii is my go to vacation destination and we try to go twice a year to different islands every year. My son is obsessed with Hawaii, the palm trees, blue beaches and fresh coconut water and calls himself Hawaiian in sarcasm 😉.

4. What is your favorite holiday to decorate for?
I like to decorate for every holiday but Christmas is my favorite holiday and that’s one holiday which keeps me very busy painting nutcracker orders. 

5. What’s your # tip for hosting?
If you are hosting a larger crowd, the best tip is to order takeout or get it catered but make it look fancy by serving in pretty China, mix it with paper products which would make cleaning a breeze and there are so many pretty paper placemats, plates, napkins and cups available everywhere including Amazon and Home Goods. A few small details make a big impact when hosting so elevate the decor by adding a few fresh flower bouquets around which would not only be visually appealing but would also add the element of fragrance and set the mood for your party. 

6. What’s your favorite CANVAS Style piece or collection?
My favorite collections so far are the Palm Beach Safari & anything pink!
