Shipping, Payment & Returns

Orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed & shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following business day.

All orders submitted by 12PM Central Time, that have selected an Expedited Shipping option (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air) will be processed & shipped the same day. Expedited orders submitted after 12PM Central Time, or on weekends & holidays will be processed & shipped the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.  

FREE SHIPPING for orders $100 or more

$12 SHIPPING for orders less than $100.    

All orders shipped FREE SHIPPING or $12 SHIPPING will be sent via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail. 

FREE and $12 SHIPPING is only available on orders shipping within the contiguous United States, which does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any territories under the control of the United States.   

UPS Ground, Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air services are available for an additional charge, payable by the customer, and must be selected during the checkout process.  Please note, UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in San Antonio, TX.

Payments

A valid form of payment is required during the checkout process. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shopify Pay, Venmo, JCB, and Diner's Club.

At the time of checkout your Credit or Debit card will be authorized for the amount of your order, including sales tax (if applicable) and shipping charges (if applicable). We do this to ensure that you have a seamless experience, from checkout through the shipping of your order. This also allows us to process & ship orders as expeditiously as possible!    

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Returns

Please inspect your package upon receipt. Any damages, defective merchandise, or shipping discrepancies MUST be reported to Canvas Style within 30 days of receipt of goods. To make a report, please email info@canvasstyle.com, or call 855-236-8020.

Canvas Style provides FREE RETURN SHIPPING within the contiguous United States for all retail purchases made through our website at www.canvasstyle.com. You may return or exchange unworn items for up to 30 Days from receipt of goods.

To obtain a FREE Return Shipping Label, please send an email to info@canvasstyle.com, or give us a call at 855-236-8020. For faster service, please include your invoice details, or have them ready. Canvas Style does not refund shipping charges for any reason; no exceptions.

Return processing begins after your package has been delivered to us. Please allow up to 15 business days for your return or exchange to be processed, and credit to be issued. Business days are Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM Central Time (except for Federal Holidays).
